Refund Policy

el-maron wants every guest to have a great experience. If your plans change, the following policy applies.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the exclusive nature of this property, a tiered cancellation policy applies:

More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund.

14–30 days before check-in: 75% refund.

7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.

All refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Date amendments may be possible — please contact us as soon as possible.

How to Cancel

Email us at resinaro@proton.me with your booking reference. Cancellations are effective from the date we receive your email.

Amendments

If you need to change your dates, contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes subject to availability. Date changes are not considered cancellations if confirmed before the original cancellation window.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances (e.g. bereavement, serious illness), we may offer flexibility beyond the standard policy at our discretion.
